Does steaming your face at night help clear acne?

I have heard from a realative that steaming your face at night then washing it [ I use the keihls for men]
and then rinse face with cold water before bed would help with my skin is this true… if so can somebody explain how to me ?

Haha okay. I'd have it all across my forehead and the rest of my face clear, just because I could get across bangs to hide it. Hope I helped:)
