Is it possible that clearing my back acne will cause it to move to other parts of my body? For example, I am currently in the process of clearing a medium case of back acne with a benzol peroxide topical cream. It is getting much better. I usually have 100% clear facial skin, but now I seem to be breaking out.
Does clearing one part of your body mean that the toxins have to find another way out (ie MY FACE?!!!) (I'm thinking that it could also be because it is that time of month…. But I usually only get one or two small pimples…not 5!)

Of course not, but if you pop any zits, some of the puss can be pushed into your bloodstream (which is the only way I can think of that would cause acne to spread).
