So once a week I'll get to a point where I gotta blow some steam or dump my load aka masturbate. Usually because well my "wants" for it and sometimes stress from school. A day or 2 after I notice I'll get some acne breakouts like on my forehead or cheeks. Why? From guilt or what is going on..btw I'm 20 idk if that helps

First of all you don't need to feel guilty about that, it is perfectly normal what you are doing. Once you masturbate you lose a lot of sperms that feed on testosterone. Your body start making new ones faster and they also need testosterone so some of specialized cells in your testes increase their production of hormones. The few sperms that are left can't eat it all so the extra go to your body what makes you get acne and become horny again in few days. Beside that some of us are more genetically susceptible to getting acne more than lucky others.
